At 17, players graduate into the Reeds FC Elite Team - our flagship squad designed to showcase talent at the highest level. This is the natural next step for every committed player, giving them the platform to compete in senior football and prove themselves in front of national and international audiences.
Alongside Elite Team participation, players are also prepared for ISL and I‑League trials. Scouts from across India are invited to watch them in action, ensuring visibility beyond the academy.
Outcome: By 17, players are match‑ready for professional contracts, recognized nationally, and positioned for both internal progression with Reeds FC and external opportunities with top clubs.
